Sam Gross is the head trainer and the founder of Flex Training Studio. Prior to opening the studio Sam worked in a small studio in St Kilda East. Flex Training Studio opened its doors December 2015. Due to great success she has progressed on to a much larger studio and outdoor training space, as she saw an opportunity to offer her clients much more. Her qualifications include first aid, Certificate I and II in personal training, Certificate I and II in allied health and she is a qualified spin instructor. Sam is also a nutritional and health coach. Sam takes every opportunity to learn about all aspects of health and fitness through ongoing training and certifications. Her passion, commitment and dedication has allowed Sam to develop the studio and build strong and loyal relationships with her clients. Sam is also an active lifestyle, health and fitness blogger.
